17-09-1980Annemarie de Bruijn is an actrice and director who works from the city of The Hague, The Netherlands. Besides acting and producing her solo-performances (Lady M, The Impromptus, Cassandra en Lost in Denmark) within her own company 'The Fifth Act', she is an active freelance director and teacher. A short summary of her CV: Concept and director of the theatre-project ‘Op Visite’ (a theatrical walk about in Dutch elderly homes), director of ‘Life living dancing’ within the Cadance Festival (a dance-performance in the streets of The Hague, Korzo Theater), director ‘Op stap met Couperus’ (a play on location, Louis Couperus Festival), dramatist 'Hide and Seek' (choreographer Ivan Perez). Besides this she often works at The Korzo theater (theatre for dance) as a teacher, dramatist and text coach and is involved in the The Hague Shakespeare Festival. At this moment she is writing and directing 'Aan Tafel. Assigned by NT Jong (The National Theatre). A combination between film, theatre and off course food.
